1. Agreement

By using this site (eastextactical.com), placing an order, or registering for a class, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to create an account or place an order. You must be 21 or older to purchase ammunition or attend a Texas License to Carry course. Some products and services have additional eligibility requirements (e.g., firearms purchases require background check approval and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws).

3. Products and orders

• Pricing: we try to keep prices accurate, but errors happen. If a product is mispriced, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• Stock: in-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days. Out-of-stock items will be flagged on the product page.
• Order acceptance: placing an order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
• Drop-shipped items: some items (body armor from Safe Life Defense, certain Propper uniforms) ship directly from the manufacturer. Their fulfillment timelines apply.

4. Firearms transfers and ammunition

• Firearms ordered online are transferred through a licensed FFL dealer. You are responsible for ATF Form 4473, NICS background check, and any state-required waiting periods or permits.
• You represent that you are legally allowed to purchase, own, and possess the items you order.
• Ammunition shipping is restricted in some jurisdictions. We will not ship ammunition where prohibited.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order that we believe violates federal, state, or local law.

5. Training classes

• Prepayment is required to guarantee your seat. Spots are first-come-first-served and limited by class capacity.
• Cancellation: you may cancel up to 48 hours before your class for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the class fee but may be applied as credit toward a future class at our discretion.
• Rescheduling: if you can't make the class, we will reschedule you for up to 6 months from your original registration date at no charge.
• No-show fee: if you don't show up to a class without rescheduling in advance, a $10 rescheduling fee applies when you re-book.
• Gift certificates are valid for 1 year from issue date.
• Conduct: safe firearm handling is mandatory at all times. Instructors may dismiss any student whose behavior creates a safety risk, with no refund.
• Range fees and ammunition: if not included in the class fee, range fees and ammunition are the student's responsibility.
• Certificates of completion are issued at the instructor's discretion based on demonstrated proficiency.

6. Returns

• Most products: return within 30 days of delivery in unused, unworn, original-packaging condition for a full refund.
• Body armor: due to safety considerations, body armor is non-returnable once it has been fitted or worn. Defective items are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
• Firearms and ammunition: non-returnable per federal regulation, except for verified manufacturer defects.
• Custom orders (custom embroidery, special-order items): non-returnable.
• Start a return at /return-request with your order ID and email.

7. Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination ZIP. Free shipping over $150 (on standard items, excludes oversized and drop-ship items). Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package. Lost or stolen packages are claims to file with the carrier; we'll help where we can.

8. Site content and intellectual property

All content on this site (text, photos, logos, course materials) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, redistribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Customer accounts and security

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact us.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

10. User-submitted content

If you submit a review, comment, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the site. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any submitted content.

11. Disclaimers

Training is provided "as is." We make no warranty that any course will produce a specific outcome (you will pass the LTC test, you will become a marksman, etc.). Skills require ongoing practice. Products are sold as described; manufacturer warranties apply where stated. Use of any firearm, body armor, or tactical product is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute must be filed in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Texas.

14. Changes

We may update these terms; we'll change the effective date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
